What is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)?
An RCC is a professionally accountable member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) who meets strict academic and professional qualifications. RCCs adhere to BCACC's Code of Ethical Conduct and Standards of Clinical Practice.
What are your fees, and do you accept insurance?
Counselling fees vary depending on session type, and while they are not covered under the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP), many extended health benefit plans include coverage for RCCs. Check with your provider for details.
Do you offer virtual or online sessions?
Yes! Online counselling is available for clients who prefer the convenience of remote sessions.

What types of counselling services do you offer?
I provide individual counselling sessions, covering a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, navigating fertility challenges. And group coaching programs for caregivers.
Do I need a referral to see a counsellor?
No, you do not need a referral from a doctor or anyone else to book a counselling session.
